It is that nagging
Feeling We Need To Change Our Lives?
When we talk to people today, many of them seem to have this feeling they need to change their lives. This is true for me, and many others around me. In some ways it feels like we have been asleep and we are just waking up to the fact that our lives have a purpose. So many of us have ignored or dismissed those inner conversations about what we are doing with our lives. I found the article below very helpful, and perhaps you will too.
If you are feeling the need to make a change in your life, you may also realize that this is not a new feeling, but you have felt a lttle outside of the society we have been living in for a long time. Memories from a childhood where you remember spending time alone, sitting in a closet, or having no interest in the typical Barbie or GI Joe Doll. Even children in your neighborhood, held no interest for you at playtime.
You may have a knowledge from early on about a purpose for your life, but the requirements of living in this world has clouded those dreams. It seems that unseen energies today, are releasing those thoughts, memories and longings. Living in the same bubble that has surrounded our possibilities seems to be sheding as we are feeling new energies take over our thoughts, ones of desire to stop the old, and create the new.
You may find similarities to your life, in the following article. It is as if a cloud is lifting from many of our minds and we are beginning to see more clearly how our lives have been misdirected away from those desires that we felt deeply about, so long ago.
8 Signs You’re Meant For Something Bigger On This Planet : In5D Esoteric, Metaphysical, and Spiritual Database
“ This beautiful planet is crawling with those of us who want to make a difference; who know we are capable of anything. Some of us are there living it fully, some are in the midst of the dance of taking a few steps forward and a couple of steps back (hint: good old self sabotage; something I know well), and others are just beginning to wake up to the realization that this knowing has been inside of them all along, and it’s time to do something about it.“
One of the biggest ways we have been distracted from our inner callings for greatness is by making us feel less powerful than we really are. The control systems that our society has put in place, creates a feeling that we are not as good, as smart, or as full of potential as we really are. We are the ones that can create greatness, once we recognize it and begin to trust that those voices in our head are the voices that are telling us of our greatness.
We have let ourselves be influenced by the voices outside of our heads, that don’t really know our potential and desires. Those are the voices of the ones that want to keep us safe, want to share their personal beliefs or experiences, and those that want to enslave us. Those are not the voices that know us best. We just need to take the time to reacquaint ourselves with our full potential and then act on that potential.
We were created by a creator that wants to create through us. That makes each of us a creator too. This is what creates our greatness. Find that greatness in you. You know where you can make a difference when you take the time to investigate yourself. Meditation is a great beginning.
There are so many ways your greatness is needed today.
Make your voice be heard in the way only you can.

I don’t know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know:
the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.

We can do amazing things with our lives.
Think you can’t make a difference?
Today our world is connected. We can hear ideas of individuals from across the world. We can even hear ideas from our youth. Sometimes, as adults, we just take things for granted, because it is what we see around us everyday. The young are just opening their eyes to what is happening and their perception is one of innocense, without the expectations of age.
No matter who we are, we can make a difference.
The video below is an excellent example of how one voice can touch many people.
So, if you think you can’t make a difference, watch this!!!
It is all albout passion. What do you feel is important? How do you follow your passion?
I can hear many adults saying things like “I don’t have time” to follow my passion. As an adult, myself, I can relate to that. We all have responsibilities in our lives. As I listen to this very intelligent child, I hear a person with passion to help others understand something important to their lives. When I think of it like this, I begin to wonder how many people he has sparked a thought process that may help save their lives. Taking that thought process further, I wonder the number of lives that will be positively affected by his talk. As they say, “this went viral”.
Our passions to help others comes from our hearts. To not follow these passions, we are losing a chance to be part of a bigger picture in our lives. Our lives should not be all about survival for ourselves. There are many important ways that each of us can be of service to others.
Finding work that satisfies not only our survival but also our passions can become a goal for our lives. When we understand that our desires to be of service are as much a part of who we are, as our survival instincts, our lives take on more meaning. The truth is that our survival instincts have had to be on “high alert” for a long period.
So,the bottom line, never think you can’t make a difference.
The desire to help others is part of who we are as human beings.

Searching For A Job Today
can be a very depressing time
younger and older workers.
The changes in society are making us realize that our lives are rare oportunities for us to create the life we want to live. Simply conducting a job search can be depressing and, down-right, ego-destroying these days. Jobs are hard to come by for many.
If you are seaching for a job today, it might be a good time to change your perspective. Instead of just searching for a job, what about looking for ways to “follow your passions” and begin creating something new for yourself. If you are not working and spending all day sending resumes, why not begin with just an hour or two creating something that makes you feel good about doing it. This could be volunteering, offering your time to help others, part-time, temporay or contract positions. Even becoming an affiliate for a product that you believe in, that can help others, is a beginning to creating a new future. Internships or Apprenticeships can also help you create a new path for your future. It is especially true today that the younger worker has much to offer the older business owner due to the popularity of computers. And, remember the business owner has wisdom that only can be achieved through experience.
If you are working now, most people feel that time is their enemy and they simply do not have the time to investigate their passions. Think about it, who loses when you don’t investigate your passion or dreams…you do, of course. However, you are not the only one that may lose out when you don’t follow your dreams. Think where we would all be now if Steve Jobs, Thomas Edison or even our founding fathers had not followed what their hearts were telling them. Our lives intersect with others everyday, and with the shrinking of our globe due to all our new technology , we may be able to make changes across the globe if we listen to that inner voice, or maybe just in our own community or family.
This was something that I found after I watched Mr. Smith’s talk.

One More Inspiring Video!!!
new job opportunities for our youth.
As our world becomes more and more dependent upon our computer services, young job seekers have new directions for their job choices. Computer science jobs are available in all industries of our social structure. These jobs need not be gender specific, but for several reasons, girls may not have considered these options for themselves.
The 501c program, GirlsWhoCode.com , is hoping to change the numbers of girls learning how to code, which will change the number of girls interested in these computer science positions. When we think of the possibilities for new, solution-based programs to be developed by these girls, and our young men, our world becomes very bright with possibilities.
Computer Science jobs have opened up new opportunities for discoveries, new solutions, and exciting potentialities for the future. Opening the minds of these girls is a step toward building new ideas for innovation and success for us all.
Computer Science offers opportunities for our youth to become visionaries. Girls Who Code gives young girls the chance to become “changers in our world”.

*After I wrote this article, I found the following information, which validates this great program.
“By now, we’ve all heard about the low numbers of American women in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Some argue it’s a pipeline issue – that if we can interest more young girls in STEM subjects, the issue will resolve itself over time. But that’s not convincing. After all, the percentage of women in computer science has actually decreased since 1991.” Read More Here: Harvard Business Review Article.
Solution Motivated Ideas
It seems that some societies and individuals had forgotton that we can work together to create the change we want to see take place. Because we live on this planet, we must take responsibility for her care. When we stop caring for the place where we live, then we no longer respect our own potential. However, when we recognize the change we can make, simply by making a few changes in ourselves, we begin to generate our own solution motivated ideas.
Shopping is something we all do and many of us enjoy. As we begin to look at the shopping we do as a “solution motivated” endeavor, we might look at some new shopping options. Following is one of my favorite solution-motivated ideas. This is such a great way for 501c operations to generate income.
“Every item purchased donates $7 to charity”
Solution motivated shopping can be found through many of our retail establishments. From feeding the homeless, sheltering animals in need, creating educational opportunities, rehabilitation assistance, and more, it is possible to find ways to make your purchase count. One of the simplest ways for us to begin, is by purchasing from our local community. When we start within our community, we find that our community experience is enhanced.
When we remember that everyone living on our planet is part of a larger community, we feel a sense of greater empowerment to create solutions. The truth is that no matter where we live, as humans we need for our planet to flourish and survive. The responsibility is ours.
Starting with one, small step, such as recycling, volunteering, internet research, or donating to your local charity begins the solution-motivated thought process. It is easy to make one change that makes you feel better about how the world is surviving. That one change, many times, will lead to innovative, new solution-motivated ideas.
What is your solution motivated idea?
Ask your friends !

It feels great to shop where you know it is helping!
This job board is dedicated to helping others discover new solution-based organizations and groups.
There are many new, innovative groups and many have employment opportunities.
Here are just a couple more of the many socially conscious stores. There are many new opportunities to incorporate your purchasing power with your family’s lives.
Overstock.com – One of the online stores that offer great products and an opportunity to be socially conscious with your purchases. Be sure to check them out.
The Animal Rescue Site is part of The Greater Good Stores, representing several world solution ideas. With so many good causes to choose and products, you might find a doubly rewarding purchase.
Time Out Shelter – Payson, AZ. is one of my local favorite places to shop. The Time Out Shelter is well maintained, with quality gently used merchandise. There services to help domestic violence victims is invaluable to our community and can be accessed 24 hours a day.
Bravelets.com is a great “cause-oriented” site, which donates $10.00 for each purchase. If you are looking for a fund-raising opportunity for your solution motivated group or organization, check it out.
Referring A Friend For A Job
Things To Think About
Finding employees for some specific job descriptions remain difficult for recruiters and other hiring authorities. Would you consider referring a friend for a job at the company where you are currently working? More and more we are seeing “Refer a Friend For a Job” programs.
Before you decide to refer a friend for a job at your current company, you might want to take some time to consider if you are “really comfortable” with the referral. Deciding beforehand, if it is a good idea for you to refer someone for an open position, you might want to take some time to read the following discussion.
“Given that one in five roles are currently filled via employee referrals, you shouldn’t be surprised if, at some point in your career, either your employer asks you to refer a friend friend to a vacancy or a friend asks you to refer them to a job at your company“
When it comes down to finding a job or filling a job, there are emerging new ideas about how to make such connections. Employee Referral Programs are great connection opportunities. Deciding to refer a friend for a job is a decision to be made with careful thought.
Employee Referral Programs provide opportunities for people to learn about how currently employed individuals really feel about their workplace. One group that provides general information about various company-based cultures, is Glassdoor.com. It is helpful for job seekers to understand a company’s culture prior to beginning work there and may eliminate future disappointments.
